NPR (National Public Radio) consistently releases great graphical guides for dealing with the pandemic. This one for kids is no exception. You can print it out and use it as a discussion starter with children.

Teens crash anti-mask mandate protest in Regina

A small group of anti-maskers showed up to protest in Regina, SK. A group of well-informed high school students also showed up to share the “scientific facts” about masking.

Moderna's COVID-19 Vaccine Shines In Clinical Trial

Hopes of a vaccine were boosted this week by two companies: Pfizer (90% effective) and Moderna (94.5% effective). That is still no reason to drop the safeguards of distancing, personal hygiene and masking. A vaccine is still many months away from use. Dr. Fauci tells us that if we follow scientific guidelines, our lives may get back to normal by the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2021.
