How to Check On Loved Ones With Anxiety and Depression, According to Therapists

https://www.byrdie.com/anxiety-and-depression-during-the-pandemic-5092244

With Christmas, isolation and an evolving COVID-19 strain appearing in the UK and South Africa, people are going to need you to check in on them. Here is the best way to do that delicately, but purposefully.

Sask in Motion - Winter Walking Bingo Card

http://www.saskatchewaninmotion.ca/post/winter-walking-bingo-card

These Christmas Wish Lists gave me great hope. In a time when selfishness seems to be more favored and reported on than kindness, these beautiful letters are important reminders of the compassion that exists out there.

'Every Kid is Motivated': Action-oriented Ideas to Revive Students' Curiosity - MindShift
