Northern Saskatchewan Youth, B/W Photo Video, 2021

This made-by-youth video was written and performed by Northern Saskatchewan Youth and released June 7, 2021. It is definitely worth a listen and their message is clear. They’re ready to get back to their friends and their activities—in this case, meaningful music.

How to talk so kids will listen and listen so kids will talk (review)

Not all things are as they seem as the author of this article attests to. Expecting an emotional run-in with an anti-vaxxer, he realizes he is dealing with confusion more than ideology. His wisdom in responding is a good lesson for all of us.

Listening to Naomi Osaka

This was a huge week for sports, Naomi Osaka realized that her mind is as important as her body in sports and the leadership at the French Open proved they were clueless about mental health issues.

New pediatricians are seeing an influx of mental health cases

New pediatricians are not seeing the normal docket of childhood and youth diseases in hospitals today, instead they are seeing a growing number of mental health issues and they don’t think their medical training has prepared them for this influx.
